Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire Associate Bankers to deliver seamless service and follow policies.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to run day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients warmly and build trusted relationships.
• Plan and manage staffing to meet branch needs and priorities.
• Oversee branch operations, loss control, compliance and audits.
• Engage clients with clear communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote self-service options for customers.
