Allredi LLC in Fairfield, CA is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee sales support, customer service, order fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, delivery, rental and service operations. Work is day-shift with some evenings and weekends required to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in operations management within a distribution or industrial setting; blast and coatings knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and prepare quotations.
• Provide exceptional customer service; address inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment; ensure accurate processing and timely shipping.
• Coordinate with internal departments for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor order status and resolve delays or issues.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory, layout, and processes.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with logistics to optimize transportation.
• Supervise delivery and rental processes; track availability and returns.
• Ensure maintenance and repair of equipment; schedule service appointments.
• Recruit, train, and develop an operations team; provide coaching.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and resolve escalations.
• Drive branch profitability; monitor budgets and implement revenue strategies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce operating expenses.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor safety and quality; oversee the branch's safety program.
