Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years of bank or financial services experience in a related role.
• Demonstrated leadership of a work unit or team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to drive delivery routes as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, cash room duties, vault balances, and driver responsibilities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and safety protocols.
• Set branch goals aligned with Empyreal's objectives and monitor performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and development to retain an engaged team.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow and SLA compliance.
• Review and audit routes, timecards, and expenses to optimize costs and service levels.
