Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Manage performance of direct staff (Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and others).
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Promote safety and discipline through leadership and accountability.
