Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee a small branch's staff and operations, ensuring an optimal customer experience and adherence to policies.

You may coordinate with a Branch or District Manager for oversight across locations needing support. Essential duties include supervising branch service operations, approving overrides, monitoring sales and customer service against goals, managing staff, and preparing regulatory and internal reports.

Qualifications

• A.A.S. Degree of equivalent; specialized banking education and training
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation
• A.A.S. degree or equivalent in banking
• Banking education and training

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the branch staff and oversee service operations including overrides and branch ledger activities
• Establish growth, sales, and profit objectives and monitor performance
• Solicit new business and maintain relationships to cross-sell
• Monitor sales and customer service performance against goals
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and maintain internal controls
• Travel to other branches in the area to provide support as needed
