Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction or rental industry in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years' experience in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, including sales, rental, parts and service.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Maxim policies and guidelines.
• Analyze data for project calculations and take-off quantities.
• Manage profitability and scheduling with dispatch and service teams.
• Prepare and present Maxim systems and advantages to clients.
• Develop contracts and pricing aligned with project goals.
