Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in equipment rental, construction supply, operations management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports team development by reinforcing established best practices and procedures, providing routine performance guidance, and assisting with scheduling, workflow coordination, and task assignment.
• Supports daily branch operations including customer order fulfillment, vendor coordination, equipment and supply tracking, invoicing, and billing activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitors inventory and asset management activities, purchasing, rental, and sales documentation as needed, to ensure procedural compliance and data accuracy.
• Maintains working knowledge of construction site needs, supply and equipment inventory, and service line offerings to serve as a resource for customers and internal team members.
• Reviews business reports to support branch financial performance, ensuring accurate pricing, contracts, billing, and timely reconciliations, and by using report insights to support operational efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinates with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support high quality service delivery, resolution of routine operational issues, and finding timely solutions for our customers and partners.
• Promotes branch compliance with safety, security, and company policies while supporting facility standards and maintaining a clean, organized, and positive work environment.

Education

Associate’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

2–4 years of experience in equipment rental, construction supply, operations management, or a related field
