Job summary

CoastHills Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to work under the Branch Manager. You will supervise daily branch operations, oversee staff, and resolve complex member issues to ensure smooth service and compliance. The role includes coaching employees, maintaining security controls, and supporting branch sales targets.

You will participate in training, balance daily cash, and help ensure accurate ledger activity. Availability for varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience in a branch operations role within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and direct reports.
• Resolve complex member issues and approve transactions above staff limits.
• Train and develop front-line staff to meet performance goals.
• Assist Branch Manager and assume responsibilities during absence.
• Support branch sales and production goals and maintain branch security and cash handling.
