Job summary

Worldpac in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to support the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager in daily warehouse operations.

You will help manage staffing, training, safety, inventory, and orders, while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset and compliance with company policies.

This role requires hands-on leadership, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a valid driver's license; the team values initiative, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months warehouse experience.
• Able to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Must read/write English fluently.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations leadership in daily warehouse operations.
• Support orders fulfillment, inventory accuracy and record keeping.
• Develop and train team members; monitor performance and safety.
• Enforce safety and security procedures; model company compliance.
• Coordinate with management on staffing, expenses and budgeting.
