Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to run daily branch activities, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure strong loss control, compliance, and audit readiness. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence in a dynamic community setting.

You'll train and guide the branch team, introduce clients to self-service options, and maintain accurate transactions while upholding bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure outstanding client experiences.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, sincere service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients, 24/7 access.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance and audits.
