Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager, overseeing daily transactions, lobby flow, and client relationships. You’ll lead by example, ensure compliance with policies, and promote self-service options to improve the customer experience.

Travel for training is required; weekend/evening hours may be needed; you’ll drive loss control, audits, and branch-wide standards to deliver trusted, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Follows policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintains high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Exhibits leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educates branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Builds client relationships and guides them to bank experts when needed.
• Has 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Available to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients through self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM oversight, while ensuring policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and tailored financial help.
• Simplify banking with self-service options available 24/7.
• Support loss control, audits, and overall branch operations in partnership with the Branch Manager.
