The Sherwin-Williams Company in El Paso, TX is seeking a Branch Assistant Manager to work with the Branch Manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies for the Automotive Branch. This role supports customer service, sales, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety, and includes supervising and training staff.

Location is Automotive Finishes #9706, El Paso. This is a full-time role with standard 8am–5pm hours, Monday through Friday, and may require overtime or schedule

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Willingness to relocate for future opportunities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing branch market plan based on market conditions, branch mission and financial/budget objectives.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Verify customer orders and transactions are completed and documented accurately.
• Maintain branch inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security.
• Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints.
• Assist in determining staffing needs and develop work schedules.
• Analyze management and financial reports, including financial ratios relative to P&L.
• Assist with daily bank deposits.
