FNBT is seeking a Branch Manager/Assistant role to support daily operations, supervise staff, and drive new account production. You will lead customer service delivery, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

The position emphasizes sales development, team leadership, and regulatory awareness, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are valued to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year management/supervisory experience.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively develop business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking laws and regulations preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in the daily operation of staff.
• Prepare work schedule, assist with bank balancing, staff meeting, customer care and concerns.
• Deliver quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects, adhering to quality standards.
• Evaluate new and existing customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by upper management.
• Motivate staff with Branch Manager to reach retail and new account goals.
• Participate in a sales environment including in-store prospecting.
• Attend business development calls or sales opportunities with a manager.
• Manage branch operations and staff in the absence of a manager.
• Conduct training for new hires.
• Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Open/close branch and other tasks as needed.
