Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the operational success of its branch locations. The role includes coaching staff, coordinating community development activities, budgeting, and change management to meet objectives.

You will oversee customer experience, ensure compliance, manage expenses and staffing to budget, and drive performance through effective floor management and staff development. Onsite work with a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership ability and management skills.
• Experience in retail banking or retail sales environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch personnel to provide high quality customer experience.
• Coach staff around advice and guidance and performance to meet branch goals.
• Manage controllable expenses and staffing to budget.
• Coordinate business and community development activities.
• Perform banker and teller duties as needed.
