Job summary

FNBT is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Batesville, AR to support daily branch operations and staff leadership. You will help drive customer service excellence, sales of bank products, and achievement of new account goals.

• Contribute to monthly new account production goals.
• Motivate staff to achieve retail and new account production.
• Participate in sales opportunities and in-store prospecting.
• Attend business development calls with management.
