Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months retail or customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service during receipt and payment of cash
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and balance each day’s transactions
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
• Maintain accuracy in recording transactions and balancing cash drawer
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions
• Attend to customers promptly and maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
