You will ensure high quality customer experience, manage expenses, and drive adherence to compliance while leading a dynamic team.

The role requires strong leadership, retail banking experience, and a focus on customer service. Onsite role with opportunities for growth within FNBO’s branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills.
• Experience in a retail sales environment.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community.
