Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems/banking programs.
• Ability to supervise up to 2 branch employees and approve transactions within limits.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations including teller functions, new accounts, file maintenance, reporting, and documentation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to branch staff; maintain strong customer service and operations performance.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, security controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist Branch Manager with customer retention, branch growth initiatives, and staff performance management.
• Handle escalated customer service concerns, account disputes, overdraft reports, NSF items, and daily large transaction reporting.
• Travel to assist branches and float to various branches as needed.
