Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Guide tellers and customer service staff to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Perform overrides, assist with audits, and support compliance with procedures.
• Provide teller and service coverage for account openings and transactions as needed.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and escalate risks per policy.
• Act as Branch Manager in the manager's absence and ensure efficient operations.
