Job summary

You will oversee lending processes, drive business development, and maintain regulatory compliance, including BSA/AML training. This full-time role requires a proactive leader capable of guiding a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience
• Consumer/Residential lending experience
• Supervisory experience
• Good interpersonal communication and supervisory skills
• Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Background in financial operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations preferred
• Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch growth, profitability and daily operations.
• Hire, onboard, discipline, and coach staff; manage performance.
• Develop and monitor branch business plan and goals.
• Lead community outreach and business development.
• Handle consumer and small business lending processes.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct outbound calls and customer profiling.
• Utilize 360 View to monitor sales activities.
