Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for clients.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and refer to experts when needed.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
