• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like cash vault and ATM while adhering to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at all times.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure smooth, secure operations.
