Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Kansas Leawood to manage frontline branch activities, ensure client satisfaction, and lead a small team. You will partner with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service, enforce policies, and drive operational excellence.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, at least 1 year in retail banking, and a commitment to compliance. Comprehensive training and travel for in-person sessions are included as part of the program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and queue management.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and uphold policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support audits, loss control, and overall branch security.
