18+ months cash handling experience.
18+ months customer service in high-volume environment.
Proficient in using digital tools and data-driven decisions.
Strong knowledge of policy, compliance, risk management and loss prevention.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

Oversee risk controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Enhance customer experience through smooth transaction processing and lobby management.
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals and payments.
Support teller line and coaching to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
Use data-driven insights to improve branch performance.
Work flexible branch hours including weekends and evenings.
