• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues with accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and elevate client experience.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and access accounts anytime.
• Support all branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
