The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across the branch network. This is a full-time, in-branch position with schedule requirements including Saturdays.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of customer service and issue resolution experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer experience by accurately processing teller transactions and referring customers to bankers.
• Assist Branch manager with daily operations and scheduling.
• Resolve routine operational issues under defined policies and escalate when needed.
• Provide excellent service by building relationships and addressing customer needs.
