You will lead daily operations, train staff, and uphold regulatory requirements, with the goal of building trusted relationships and delivering top-tier service at the branch level.

Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detail-oriented and organized workflow across branch tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Educate and empower branch staff and partners to stay informed.
• Engage clients professionally and guide them to appropriate services.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide service requests.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and adherence to controls.

• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operation.
