Job summary

You will manage lobby flow, cash devices, and audits while training staff to uphold high standards of service and security. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail and stay organized while juggling multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate and inform branch team and partners.
• Educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, audits.
