Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead for a Chase Branch in Wisconsin. You will work with the Branch Manager and branch team to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will guide clients to self-service options and foster lasting relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and educate the branch team, while maintaining high standards for loss
