Job summary

Chase Wisconsin is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to ensure welcoming, compliant operations and an exceptional client experience. You will lead daily branch activities, coach staff, and uphold policies that protect customers and the bank.

You will supervise transactions, cash devices, and loss controls, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships while training the team to deliver service with care and integrity.

Qualifications

• You follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements to keep operations smooth.
• You maintain detail-oriented and organized work practices to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• You demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy within a collaborative team.
• You educate and empower branch staff and partners to stay informed.
• You engage with clients to educate them and refer to experts when needed.
• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively, anticipating their needs while checking them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues quickly while adhering to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs, elevating the client experience.
• Simplify banking by sharing self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
