Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen eye for detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and guide accordingly.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, resolving issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support all branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance and audits.
