• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and specialized help.
• Share self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support branch operations ensuring loss control, compliance and audits.
