Qualifications

Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
Experience educating and mentoring branch teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment and exceptional client experience.
Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Educate clients and refer them to experts as needed.
Lead branch operations and manage cash devices, ensuring policy compliance.
Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep operations secure.
