Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Demonstrate detail orientation and strong organizational skills.

• Educate the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build client relationships and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, managing lobby flow.
