Job summary

Qualifications

Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
Detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong leadership and operational proficiency; ensure transaction accuracy.
Educate and inform branch team and partners.
Build connections and educate clients, refer to experts when needed.
1+ years of retail banking experience.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
College degree or military equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check them into waiting queue.
Lead branch operations: manage cash devices like cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
Introduce clients to the branch team; build relationships and assist with financial needs.
Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
Support branch operations; monitor loss control, compliance, and audits.
