Job summary

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate solutions.
Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
Introduce clients to the branch team and support cross-selling of services.
Promote self-service options to clients for convenient access to accounts.
Support Branch Manager in loss control, compliance and audits to ensure smooth operations.
