Chase in Austin is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee daily branch operations, guide staff, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients entering the branch.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, drive self-service adoption, support loss control, and participate in audits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Commitment to following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, and schedule meetings.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and guide them to appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and smooth.
