Job summary

SRS Distribution is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in the United States (Georgia - Newnan) to support branch operations, drive financial performance, and develop a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to execute strategic plans, improve processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse and field staff, managing safety and compliance, and analyzing performance metrics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse, distribution, or supervisory/assistant management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing company standards and optimizing operations.
• Assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets through sales and financial monitoring.
• Lead and develop branch staff, including warehouse, drivers, and inside sales teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and address inquiries to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate on strategic plans and review branch performance reports.
