Grainger, a leading broad line distributor, is seeking a Branch Team Lead in Virginia to drive daily operations and customer service excellence. You will lead branch teams, align priorities with company strategy, and report to an Operations Manager or Branch Manager.

You will guide customer service, optimize metrics across satisfaction, sales, safety, and operations, and foster collaboration with Sales, Branch Network, and onsite teams. Strong leadership and SAP proficiency are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ customer service and sales experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in a customer service environment.
• Competence with SAP and computer software applications.

• Provide customer service and direction for daily branch activities.
• Clarify priorities and give ongoing feedback to the team.
• Improve operational metrics in customer satisfaction and sales.
• Create a positive customer experience and ensure retention.
• Provide feedback to strengthen branch operations skills.

• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training.
• Build schedules to ensure productivity and staffing.
• Identify process improvements using Continuous Improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Branch Network, and Service teams.
• May respond to after-hours emergency calls.
