Master’s Transportation in Ozark, MO seeks an Associate Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, optimize fleet utilization, and drive customer satisfaction. You will oversee transportation logistics, vehicle preparation, and branch administration while guiding a team to meet revenue and service goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in management, and a proven ability to coach staff and manage client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative and client-facing role.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Lead the recruiting, training, and supervision of branch staff.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and manage time-off requests.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Support the District Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
