Master’s Transportation is seeking an Associate Branch Manager to support daily branch operations, manage customer service, oversee fleet utilization, and drive team performance. You will partner with the District Manager to achieve revenue and service goals while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration across rental operations and transportation logistics in Kansas City, MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• 1-3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative and client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Lead the recruiting, training, and supervision of branch staff.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Support the District Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
