Job summary

Republic & T.F. Ehrhart in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer service, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will own the branch's financial performance, manage warehouse operations, delivery, inventory, training, safety, and maintenance, reporting to the VP of Operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee driver schedules, route planning, and ensure safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3–5 years in HVAC or electrical distribution.
• Skills: strong problem solving, customer service, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch financial performance including budgets and operating expenses.
• Oversee warehouse operations, delivery services, inventory, training, safety and maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (purchasing, HR, IT, accounting) to implement company objectives.
• Lead and coach branch staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adequate coverage.
