Job summary

Masters Transportation in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Associate Branch Manager to lead daily rental operations, optimize fleet readiness, and drive customer satisfaction. This role partners with the District Manager to execute branch objectives and growth initiatives.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and coach the team to deliver safe, reliable transportation solutions while upholding company policies and a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative and client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Lead the recruiting, training, and supervision of branch staff.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Support the District Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
