Job summary

American Underground Supply in Missouri seeks a Branch Manager to lead and develop a high-performing operation. You will drive sales growth, manage branch functions including sales, warehouse, logistics, inventory, finances, and facilities, and ensure safety and customer and employee satisfaction.

You'll supervise staff, set SMART goals, and coach teams to meet performance metrics while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 1 year in similar position (3 years preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in progressive position (5 years preferred).
• Product/applications experience preferred.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage branch operations to increase sales, profitability, market share and safety.
• Direct, coordinate and monitor sales, warehouse, logistics, inventory, finances, and facilities.
• Lead, coach and develop branch staff; monitor performance and accountability.
• Implement SMART goals, schedules, and due dates; ensure timely delivery of results.
• Maintain strong safety, regulatory, and customer satisfaction standards.
