Longview Capital Corporation's Covington branch is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experiences. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance, and step in as acting Branch Manager when needed.

The role requires strong leadership, banking knowledge, and a focus on cross-selling while maintaining service excellence in a full-time, on-site position in Covington, IN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in business/finance preferred.
• 3–5 years of banking experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, banking products, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Open and service consumer and business accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships and cross-sell products.
• Supervise daily branch operations including teller functions and workflow.
• Provide leadership and coaching to branch staff; train and schedule as needed.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence and maintain operational controls.
