Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check-in.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, cash vault, ATM; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure.
