Qualifications

• 1 year of managerial experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred or in progress.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day branch operations and supervise staff.
• Motivate and coach employees; discipline as needed.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations and applicable laws/regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Participate in branch manager meetings and educational activities.
• Effective cross-sell and sales abilities.

Responsibilities
