BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Administrator to support the branch team and Branch Manager with comprehensive administrative duties across payroll, billing, AR/AP, and office operations.

The role requires strong Excel/Office skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to learn BrightView’s internal systems. It offers a on-site position with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in an office environment with accounting related responsibilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn BrightView’s internal software systems.
• Good data entry and typing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll administration including entering hires and changes into payroll system.
• Process weekly timesheets accurately and timely.
• Enter and update work orders and cost codes in job cost system.
• Prepare and process contract and work order billings and invoices.
• Manage aged receivables and collaborate with managers on collections.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
• Provide general office support and maintain filing and correspondence.
• Support HR with personnel files and I-9 documentation.
• Assist with month-end close and audit materials.
