Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Administrator to support the branch team and Branch Manager by handling administrative functions and serving as the key contact for employees, clients, region, and corporate.

The role covers payroll, billing, and accounting administration, with responsibilities spanning HR support and office operations in a busy branch environment. Strong Excel/Office skills and a degree or equivalent experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good data entry and typing skills.
• Clear oral and written communication to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to learn BrightView's internal software systems.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: enter new hires, changes, and process timesheets.
• Billing and Invoicing: prepare and process billings and maintain client files.
• Accounts Receivable: monitor aged receivables and follow up with customers.
• Accounts Payable: issue POs, match invoices, and assist with vendor records.
• General Office Administration: manage phones, correspondence, and filing.
