Job summary

TuttiQuanti LLC in Maricopa County seeks a Branch Admin to act as the right hand to the Branch Manager, keeping day-to-day operations, purchasing, inventory, and customer service running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate schedules, materials, and field activity, support industrial customers, and drive accountability across the branch. This on-site role rewards proactive problem solving and ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading operations in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Background in industrial or commercial service sectors is preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day branch priorities with the Branch Manager.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, and inventory to prevent shortages.
• Schedule projects and materials with field teams and customers.
• Support industrial customers with scheduling and service updates.
• Own issues across the branch and drive accountability.
